Miami Heat vs. New York Knicks

The Heat look to steal another one from the Knicks at Madison Square Garden in Game 2 on TNT on Tuesday night.

The first game in this series was exciting throughout, but the Heat secured the win after an impressive third quarter in which they put up 31 points and held the Knicks to just 20.

Gabe Vincent has been an offensive key for Miami following the injuries to Tyler Herro and Victor Oladipo. He played 41 minutes in the close-out overtime game against Milwaukee, putting up 22 points and six assists. He played 33 minutes in Game 1 against New York with a solid 20 points, five assists and two rebounds.

He was 5-12 from deep in that game and will likely be critical on offense going forward as the Heat look for some supplemental scoring with Oladipo and Herro out.

With that in mind, bet the over on his threes in this Tuesday night matchup. Most books have him at -120 for over 2.5 threes, with the defense keying onto Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo, Vincent will get some solid looks and he’s proven he can knock them down.

Additionally, R.J. Barrett has been a bit inconsistent in the postseason thus far. This is a good matchup for him though as he’s a bit taller and longer than Miami’s Max Strus. His assists are pretty low, currently at 3.5 with most books, which presents a good opportunity for a prop on the over.
