In River North, Forte paid $4.02 million in late 2014 for the four-story, center-entry mansion in the Kingsbury Estates area, which was built in 2003 and sits on an extra-large, 34-foot-wide corner lot. Upgraded, the mansion has four full bathrooms, three half bathrooms, two fireplaces, a five-stop elevator, a 60-foot spiral staircase, a large great room with a 700-square-foot terrace, a home theater, an organized mudroom and a kitchen with a 48-inch Wolf range, a 72-inch Sub-Zero refrigerator, a 30-inch Sub-Zero wine refrigerator, a Miele coffee machine and a butler’s pantry.

The mansion also has a custom spa and a full-floor primary bedroom suite that has a breakfast bar, a study, modern built-ins, peninsula dressers, quartz countertops and a steam shower. Other features include a large playroom, a lower-level fitness space, a roof deck and an attached and heated three-car garage.

Listing agent Jeff Lowe of Compass told Elite Street that Forte has made “significant investments” to the home since buying it. He added that Forte “plans to continue to have a presence in Chicago.”

The mansion had a $91,378 property tax bill in the 2021 tax year. It is listed for sale in real estate agents’ private listing network.
